Check all the survey panels(Toluna, OpinionWorld,Cint,Samplicio,etc.) to receive surveys from maximum places. See the picture below,

2. Now, complete the survey profile. Fill in your legit information in the profile. Write your DOB, address, pin/zip code, work & education, etc. (Completing profile is the most important part of Paid Surveys). You can edit/update your information in every 60 days, so complete it honestly.

3. After doing above two steps, you will start getting more survey invitations. Once you start seeing surveys on your account, try qualifying for them by attempting them as soon as can(You will mostly get 'enough participants reached' message if you are late). 4. Be honest while answering questions in survey because if you keep changing basic answers like pin/zip code or name of city or age, you're likely to get disqualified.
